The magic of the 2024 Spring Egg Hunt was celebrated by, well, a magician – and an egg hunt! Several dozen children turned out at the Trinity Park to see the magic show and hunt down eggs, aided by another dozen helpers. A special shout-out to Mollie Flowe, Tim Dunn, Cathleen Bury and Steve Falzarano for organizing.

Thanks to all who joined us for the 2023 Spring celebration in the Park! It was a beautiful day for the egg “hunt” at the Park gazebo. Special thanks to Steve Falzarano for organizing, Waugh Wright and Cordelia and Megan Mullin for preparing treat bags, and Xiomara Colopy and Julia Schmidt for face painting. A good time was had by all!
While this year’s and last year’s (2022) egg hunts were relatively small gatherings in the Park, our pre-pandemic egg hunts were traditionally more elaborate, held on Duke East Campus, with several thousand eggs filled with candy and prizes. We may work our way back to up big events, but for now we are excited to be together however we can!
