The Board of Directors of the Association shall review and approve an investment of time, money, or other appropriate resources to support activities that directly or indirectly impact the well being of the Trinity Park neighborhood.
TPNA generally aims to support charitable contributions to the extent possible based on annual revenues net of expenses, where expenses include annual operating costs and allocations to long-term reserve accounts. The TPNA Board will annually receive applications for charitable donations to an announced deadline, and review applications for funding in accord with Board bylaws, policies and procedures.
