Quick facts:

  • Absentee voting by mail begins Fri Sep 6.
  • Early Voting is Thu Oct 17 til Sat Nov 2
  • Election Day is Tue Nov 5, 6:30 am – 7:30 pm.
  • Photo ID will be required to vote, even for absentee voting. 

Ballots: Ballots will include Federal, State, and local offices, as well as State and local bond referendums. Voters will receive ballots based on their jurisdictional assignments. All ballots will be two-sided.

Deadlines: Fri Oct 11 is the regular voter registration deadline. But you can also register and vote the same day during Early Voting! Request an absentee by-mail ballot fully online by Tue Oct 29; the return deadline for absentee ballots is Tue Nov 5 at 7:30pm

Polling locations: Early voting sites near Trinity Park include Main Library (300 N. Roxboro), Duke Karsh Alumni Center (2080 Duke University Rd), and NCCU Law Building (640 Nelson St.). On Election Day, vote only at your assigned precinct (on your voter registration card); polls are open 6:30am to 7:30pm.
