June 8 – Neighborhood Meeting about Historic Designation

The Trinity Park Neighborhood Association will host a neighborhood meeting on June 8 at 7 pm to discuss historic designation options for our neighborhood.  We hope to have the meeting in person at George Watts Montessori Elementary School, 700 Watts St., tentatively in the Media Center.  If weather and circumstances allow, we may move the meeting outdoors.

The purpose of the meeting is to share information, as well as to determine if there is a group of neighbors who would like to pursue the issue further.  We will have guests with deep knowledge of the subject.

We invite neighbors to submit questions and concerns ahead of time, so that we can be prepared with the necessary accurate information and maximize efficiency of our time together in person.

Please submit your questions and concerns here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdgAhagUBf5i2kWHsm0w2KFN2xjZ48G2Qj9dJifeSmkXObu5A/viewform?usp=sf_link

The TPNA has held meetings on this subject in the past, most recently in March 2020, but further action was derailed by Covid.  Minutes of the meeting: https://trinitypark.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Mar-4-2020-TPNA-Board-Minutes.pdf
